I remember the days of walking down a hallway, seeing all the different booths, all the excited faces of those manning the booth and luring you to sign up for their club. Those were such great times and something that’s so important and significant in a student’s university life.

Here's a template for how your virtual school club week will look like:
Here’s how you can do it on Rally:
After you create an account, click into “Edit Venue” to upload your school’s logo, name, and any description you want for the event.
After that, clicking into “Edit Rooms” will allow you to add in different rooms for the different clubs. We recommend adding in 1 room per club and you can have unlimited number of rooms in the venue.
Remember to hit “Save Changes” and then “Finish Editing” to save all your edits! (Pro tip: Emojis work here so feel free to get creative! 🎉)
And you’re done! All you have to do is “Share the Link” with all the students to join and add it into the calendar invite or event invitation. Remember to open up the rooms so students can join whichever club they want!
