Co-hosting and Shuffling

Making others Hosts

Suppose you want to host an event, but you don’t want to host alone. There are 2 ways you can make someone a Host in your room:

  1. You can make any user in your room a co-host by hovering over their video and clicking the star icon.
  2. You can similarly do this by hovering over their profile under the All Tables section on the right side of your screen and clicking on “Make Host”.

Once you make someone a host, they will have the ability to “Go on Stage” and shuffle people around in the room. For a larger events where you have multiple rooms, you may want to have a host in each room to help make announcements and manage the room.

Shuffle

Suppose you are hosting a networking event and you want to shuffle everyone around for a speed networking event. Beside All Tables, you can click on the shuffle icon where you will be asked if you would like to randomly shuffle tables into tables of 2, 3 or 4.

Boot User

If there comes a point when someone is at your event and they’re not suppose to be there, as a host you can boot the user out of the room completely by hovering over their video and clicking the “Boot User” icon!
